Ryan's being a good friend

Friends can be a good tool in life they help you so much, for bad moments and for sad moments.


Having a good friend means that they will help you through bad and celebrate when good things had happened some friends are funny some are nice, so friends are good if you know that there your friend they won't get you in trouble and they will help you, stick up for you as well.


This is the time when your friend throws a rock at you is it because you were being mean or too selfish? Well when they throws a rock at you do you dodge it and run away? Or do you catch it and still be friends? Well I think you should catch it because a friend might have it’s bad times and it’s good time it could be awkward and weird but it’s better to have a friend.    


It’s time when life throws the biggest challenge at you. When you leave your home place or country. It might be hard you might be sad. It will be taught but you will get thru it because you're taught and amazing. If you miss them you should talk to them on the phone or on the websites on your computer like Facebook Mail Twitter Myspace all kinda things like that.


So if you're in a bad sticky complication with friends ship then don't give up and keep on trying to make it better so use your tool until ends.

Did you know your body is an amazing machine? It just needs to be used every day to keep, working well.


Exercise keeps your body strong and fit, fitness means having the energy to work and play! and do all the things you want to do. Easily your body cannot store fitness so you need to exercise regularly to stay fit.


Exercise makes you feel and look better. It keeps your body a healthy weight.It helps you relax and sleep better and when you exercise your body produces chemicals called endorphin which go to your brain and make you feel good.
Exercise for strength will make your muscles stronger. You can work with different parts of your body without feeling weak exercise for stamina, makes your heart and lungs stronger and help blood flow easily around your body. Stamina is the ability to exercise for longer without getting tired or out of breath.
