Ryan Explanation Craft: How to prevent yourself from getting sick.

There are so many ways to stop yourself from getting sick. You can eat healthy food and you can wash your hands. There are so many ways to stop yourself from getting sick if you keep on reading...

One of the easiest ways of staying healthy is eating a balanced range of food. This means eating from the 5 food groups with a focus on fruits and vegetables. If you do that then your body will receive all the nutrients it needs to be in the best condition to fight off invading germs.

Another way to prevent yourself from getting sick, here is one way that me and my group have chosen. Do not share any food or drinks with someone that has saliva/germs all over it. This means you should only share food/drinks with your friends if you haven’t already eaten/drunk it yet. If you do this then you will stop yourself from getting meningitis.

The last way to stop your from getting sick cover your mouth when you sneeze. This means when you sneeze all the not nice stuff comes out of you mouth and nose. That's where all the germ come out of. So when you sneeze wash your hands. Sneeze in your hand so you can wash it off easier. If you do this you will not spread germs.

These are some of the ways to stop yourself from getting sick. If you follow this advice such as covering you mouth and nose when you sneeze, eating healthy and not sharing eaten food, You will have a less chance of getting sick.
